1. Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Policy: Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Defective product
• Incorrect color
• Incorrect size
To initiate a return, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product.
Incase if Customer want to refund the product 200 rupees charges will deducted on single product for tshirt shorts and 350 charges will be deducted on hoodie and Rest amount will be refunded back to the customer wallet/UPI

REFUND USUALLY TAKE 10-20 DAYS TIME ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED OUR QC TEAM WILL CHECK AND WILL ARRANGE A REFUND. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN PROPER CONDITION OR IF QC FAIL IN SUCH CASES REFUND WILL BE NOT INITIATED AND PRODUCT WILL BE SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER

4. Smooth Process: Once your product is verified as eligible for exchange or return, our delivery partner will collect the parcel from you. If it’s an exchange, the new product will be delivered back to you. This process typically takes 10-12 business days.
5. Store Credit: If you wish to return a product, we offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
6. Custom-Made Products: Please note, all our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, ensuring a personalized experience.
